Jerman Rose, Ph.D., Director, Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, James Huber Professor of Entrepreneurship, Washington State University, Pullman, Washington has 30 years experience in management, teaching, research and consulting. He has extensive experience conducting workshops on the market economy in countries in transition such as Russia, Ukraine, Romania, China and Vietnam. He has worked and traveled extensively in Russia, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. His experience is in both educational and industrial settings in the United States and abroad.

In addition, he has a decade of practical experience in the creation and operation of a small & medium-sized enterprises. He is the founding stockholder and director of an international service franchise with over 640 franchises in the U.S. and Canada. He has conducted research on a variety of entrepreneurship and small business management topics and has published in Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research, Small Business Management, Small Business Strategy.

Anthony J. Lentz, Ph.D., Director of Research & Commercialization, SIRTI Commercialization Group, Spokane, Washington assesses new opportunities, conducts market research, and develops business strategy to help entrepreneurs bring their new technologies to market. Focus areas include life science, digital, and environmental technologies.

From 1977 to 1990 Dr. Lentz worked at Dow Corning Wright in health care products where he was responsible for global commercialization of product groups, long-term strategic business planning, and redesign of the commercialization process.

Michael Stoica, Ph.D., Director, Washburn University School of Business Center for Entrepreneurship, Topeka, Kansas. His research, consulting and teaching interests are in strategy, international business and entrepreneurship. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Institute for Atomic Physics in Bucharest, Romania. He is currently associate professor with Washburn University School of Business and responsible with the development of the new Center for Entrepreneurship.

During 1998-1999 he was a visiting professor with DePaul University in Chicago. He also taught and conducted research at Washington State University and University Politehnica Bucharest, Romania. He is a Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst Fellow Darmstadt Technical University, Germany and a Coleman Foundation Fellow. He co-authored four books and manuals and over 30 papers.

His professional experience includes training and consulting in Europe and the US with: USAID Programs in Romania, the Romanian Power Authority, Eli Lilly, Cooperative Housing Foundation, Land O’Lakes, VOCA/ACDI, etc. He is founder and partner with several businesses.

Kathleen (Katie) and David Reikofski, International Developers from Tucson, Arizona, serve as business and training advisors to NutekWorld. Both are experienced business consultants, curriculum developers, and trainers, working as a team on many projects. They have developed unique and very successful master training models for both national and international programs based on principals fundamental to highly effective pilot training.

The Reikofskis have extensive experience in international development. The have spent most the last decade working on long-term projects in business development and government reform in Romania, Siberia, and Kyrgystan. Prior to that Katie served as the Business Development Specialist for the Washington State Small Business Development Centers specializing in organizational development, strategic planning, and taxes. David worked through the Community Colleges of Spokane specializing in marketing, selling, and entrepreneurship.

In addition to their extensive development and training experience, Katie and David are flight instructors and accomplished pilots certified in both planes and gliders. They previously launched a successful air charter business and flight training school.
